What makrum and qimmaqrum mean
In Armenia many people search for services using Armenian words typed in Latin letters. Here is what they mean:
- makrum: cleaning; bnakarani makrum: apartment cleaning;
- generalayin makrum: deep cleaning;
- makrum veranorogumic heto: post-renovation cleaning;
- qimmaqrum: dry cleaning; kahuyqi qimmaqrum: upholstery cleaning, nerqnakneri qimmaqrum: mattress cleaning;
- patuhanneri lvacum: window cleaning;
- grasenyaki makrum: office cleaning.

How much cleaning costs
Regular cleaning starts from 16,000 ֏ for a one-room apartment up to 45 m², 22,000 ֏ for two rooms and 28,000 ֏ for three. Deep cleaning starts from 42,000 ֏, 55,000 ֏ and 72,000 ֏ for the same sizes, and your first deep clean is 10% off. Post-renovation cleaning starts from 1,000 ֏ per m².
The minimum order is 16,000 ֏; for post-renovation cleaning it is 35,000 ֏.
What we clean besides apartments
- Offices: one-off or on contract; we calculate the price individually after inspecting the site.
- Windows and shopfronts: a single-sash window from 2,200 ֏, panoramic glazing 1,200 ֏ per m².
- Upholstery: with Kärcher equipment, 4,000 ֏ per sofa seat.
- Mattresses: a single mattress 7,000 ֏, a double 11,000 ֏.

The easiest way is the calculator on this site: choose a service, enter the rooms, area or items and the “from” total appears at once. Leave your name and phone number and the quote opens in WhatsApp. All that is left is to press “Send”. You can also simply call or message us.
Why prices are “from”
Many items in our price list are ranges, and we quote the lower end. The final total depends on the condition of the home, its size and any extras. The final price is agreed on site before work starts.
Is there a discount
Yes: your first deep clean is 10% off. The discount applies to the cleaning itself, not to extras such as the fridge, oven, cabinets or balcony. In the calculator, simply mark that this is your first deep clean and the discount appears as a separate line.
