A post-renovation cleaning checklist: what to prepare, what the cleaning covers, how the price is calculated and when to book cleaners.

Post-renovation cleaning in Yerevan costs from 1,000 ֏ per m², with a minimum order of 35,000 ֏. The price covers removing construction dust from every surface, traces of paint, glue and grout, and washing fixtures and floors. Window cleaning after renovation is priced separately.

How it differs from a normal clean
Construction dust is fine and keeps settling, so it is removed in several rounds: dry first, then wet. Traces of paint, glue, grout and foam are removed carefully so new tiles, fixtures and cabinet fronts are not scratched.
How we price it
The price is based on floor area. Small apartments have a minimum order because there is always more work after a renovation than it seems. Window cleaning after renovation is priced separately, with a surcharge on the standard window price list.
What to prepare
Take out construction waste and leftover materials and make sure water and electricity are on. If some surfaces still have protective film, mention it when booking.

What if the renovation was in an office?
Offices have a one-off deep clean; we calculate the price individually after inspecting the site. For a whole building before handover, there is a separate service for developers.
When should I book post-renovation cleaning?
Once all the dusty work is finished: sanding, tile cutting, painting. Otherwise the dust settles again.
Can I add the fridge and cabinets inside?
Yes, as add-ons: fridge 3,500 ֏, kitchen cabinets inside 3,800 ֏.
Why is the minimum order higher after renovation?
Even a small space after renovation needs several rounds and more time, so the minimum order is 35,000 ֏.
