Cleaning before handover
Before units are handed over to buyers or tenants, the building needs to look ready to live and work in. We remove construction dust and finishing residue and clean windows, fixtures and common areas.
How we price
The guide is a price per square metre. The total depends on the condition of the site, the number of floors and windows, and the timeline, so we visit first and send a written proposal.
Timing and schedule
The work can be split by phase, entrance or floor to match your handover plan. The schedule is fixed in the contract.
