An office needs cleaning just as much as a home, but the question is different: clean it once, or agree on regular cleaning? Here are both options and how to pick the right frequency.
One-off cleaning: when you need it
Offices book a one-off clean when they need to get in order quickly:
- before moving into a new office or after leaving the old one;
- after minor repairs or a reshuffle of the space;
- before an important meeting, an inspection or a visit from partners;
- when regular cleaning has lapsed and a thorough clean is needed.
The price of a one-off clean depends on the area, the condition of the rooms and the amount of work, so we calculate it individually after inspecting the site.
Contract cleaning: clean without reminders
A contract suits offices where people work every day. You choose the frequency (once, twice, three or five times a week), and cleaning runs on schedule, with no separate requests.
The price depends on the area and visits per week. We name the final contract total after inspecting the site, VAT on request. You can leave a “Get an estimate for your site” request on the offices page.
How to choose the frequency
- Once a week: a small office with few staff and rare visitors.
- Two or three times a week: a typical office with a kitchen and a meeting room: kitchens and bathrooms get dirty fastest.
- Five times a week: offices with client traffic, IT hubs, coworking spaces and anywhere that is always busy.
If you are unsure, start with twice a week: after a month it will be clear whether that is enough.
Which to choose
If the office needs to be in order all the time, a contract is more convenient: the schedule runs without separate requests and the space never gets a chance to build up dirt. A one-off clean makes sense when there is one specific reason: a move, repairs or an event.
A convenient approach is a one-off deep clean first, then a contract. That way regular cleaning never has to catch up with built-up dirt.
What a site visit looks like
The visit exists so that we do not name a price at random. We arrive at a time that suits you, look at the rooms, confirm the area, the number of workstations, the cleaning schedule and your requirements for products and equipment. After that we send a proposal in writing, with the scope of work and the cost, and you decide whether it suits you.
IT hubs, restaurants and new buildings
IT hubs and coworking spaces usually need cleaning more often than a typical office. For restaurants and construction handovers we also price the job after a site visit: leave a request and we will arrange an assessment. For an office, send us the area and the frequency you want on WhatsApp and we will reply with a quote.
