Why each area has its own page
Yerevan is far from uniform. Kentron has old tuff buildings, offices and short-let apartments; Nor Nork and Malatia-Sebastia are large estates of Soviet-era high-rises; Vahagni, Nork-Marash and Nubarashen are mostly detached houses with yards; Avan, Arinj and Parakar have lots of new builds that first need post-renovation cleaning. The type of housing decides which cleaning you will need most often and what to plan for in advance: lifts and floors, large windows, upholstered furniture.

How to book
Choose your area, work out the price in the calculator and send the request on WhatsApp; the quote goes with your message. We then check the size, the condition of the place and a convenient day. The calculator’s “from” price is the bottom of the price list; we agree the final price on site before the work starts.

Questions and answers
Does the price depend on the district?
No. We use the same price list for Yerevan and the nearby towns: the cost depends on the service, the size of the place and the number of items. The minimum order is 16,000 ֏.
Do you come to towns outside Yerevan, such as Abovyan or Etchmiadzin?
Yes. Besides the districts of Yerevan, we work in Ashtarak, Vagharshapat, Proshyan and Kasakh, Parakar, Abovyan, Yeghvard, Jrvezh, Nor Achin and Arinj.
My area is not on the list. Can I still book?
Send us the address on WhatsApp. If the place is close to Yerevan, we will discuss the visit and confirm the terms before you book.
How do I choose the cleaning day?
