Prices and estimates
How much does apartment cleaning cost in Yerevan?
Regular cleaning starts from 16,000 ֏ for a 1-room apartment up to 45 m², from 22,000 ֏ for 2 rooms and from 28,000 ֏ for 3 rooms. Deep cleaning starts from 42,000 ֏; cleaning after renovation from 1,000 ֏ per m². Prices are “from”: the total depends on the area and condition of the place.
Why are prices shown as “from”?
“From” is the lower end of our price list. The total depends on the area, the condition of the place and any add-on services. The calculator uses the lower end, and we agree the final price on site, before work starts.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 16,000 ֏ for apartments, houses and other homes (also for upholstery and mattress cleaning and window washing), and 35,000 ֏ for cleaning after renovation. Offices and contract cleaning have no minimum order.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, 10% off your first deep cleaning. The discount applies to the deep cleaning itself, not to add-on services.
How much do sofa and mattress cleaning and window washing cost?
A sofa is 4,000 ֏ per seat, an armchair 4,000 ֏, a mattress 7,000 ֏ (single) or 11,000 ֏ (double). Windows are 2,200 ֏ for one sash, 3,500 ֏ for two and 4,800 ֏ for three.
What makes up the price?
Work follows a checklist in every area, and products and equipment are included in the price. You see the “from” price in the calculator before you order, and add-ons are added only if you choose them. Upholstery and mattress cleaning uses Kärcher equipment. We agree the final price on site, before work starts.

How do I order a cleaning?
Work out the price in the calculator and send your request: WhatsApp opens with the estimate ready to send. You can also simply call +374 (33) 97-75-59 or write to info@luminaclean.am.
What days and hours do you work?
We work Mon-Sat, 09:00-20:00. We are closed on Sundays. You can message us on WhatsApp any day and we reply during working hours.
What happens after I send a request?
WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and you only need to send it. We check the details and agree the date and time with you. We agree the final price on site, before work starts.
Can I order by phone or email?
Yes. Call +374 (33) 97-75-59 or write to info@luminaclean.am. If you send a request from the site, you can also copy the estimate text and send it any way you like.
Services
What services do you offer?
Three kinds of work: apartment and house cleaning (regular, deep, after renovation), office and business cleaning (offices, IT hubs, restaurants, developers), and window washing and upholstery and mattress cleaning.
What equipment do you use for upholstery and mattress cleaning?
We clean upholstered furniture and mattresses with Kärcher equipment. Everything is cleaned at your home, with no need to take it away.
Which add-on services can I order?
With an apartment cleaning you can add the inside of the fridge (3,500 ֏) and oven (3,500 ֏), the inside of kitchen cabinets (3,800 ֏), balcony cleaning (from 4,500 ֏) and curtain cleaning without taking them down (1,200 ֏ per m²). Add-ons are ordered only together with a main cleaning.
What is included in the price of window washing?
Glass on both sides, plus frames and window sills. After renovation, 40% is added to the price.
For business
How much does office cleaning cost?
We calculate the price individually after inspecting the site: it depends on the area, visits per week and condition of the rooms. Leave a request in the “Get an estimate for your site” form; VAT on request.
What is the difference between one-time cleaning and a contract?
One-time cleaning is a deep clean in a single visit. Under a contract we come regularly on agreed days, In both cases we calculate the price individually after inspecting the site. Offices and contract cleaning have no minimum order.
How is the cost set for restaurants and developers?
For a restaurant the price depends on the kitchen and the dining room, for a developer on the area and the stage of readiness. We first visit for an assessment, then send a written proposal.
Do you work with VAT?
Yes, we also work with VAT. Please mention it in your request.

Which areas do you serve?
All administrative districts of Yerevan and the nearby towns and villages. The full list is on the “Service areas” page.
Do you come to the suburbs of Yerevan?
Yes: Ashtarak, Vagharshapat (Etchmiadzin), Proshyan and Kasakh, Parakar, Abovyan, Yeghvard, Jrvezh, Nor Achin, Arinj. We agree the date and time with you in WhatsApp.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No, we are a mobile company: we come to your home or office. There is no address for visits, so please reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
