Apartment cleaning in Yerevan costs from 16,000 ֏, deep cleaning from 42,000 ֏ and post-renovation cleaning from 1,000 ֏ per m². The minimum order for homes is 16,000 ֏, or 35,000 ֏ after renovation. Below is the full price list in tables, plus a calculator.

How much it costs
- Minimum order 16,000 ֏ for homes; 35,000 ֏ for post-renovation cleaning. Offices have no minimum order.
- VAT invoices are available: mention it in your request.

- Add-ons are available only together with a cleaning.
- An apartment is priced by the larger of the two: number of rooms or area. For example, a 2-room apartment above 70 m² is priced as a 3-room one.
- Products and equipment are included in the price.
- “From” prices use the lower end of each range. We agree the final price on site, before work starts.

How the price list works
Apartment prices depend on the number of rooms and the floor area; we use whichever is larger. Large apartments and houses add a charge per square metre. Post-renovation cleaning is priced per square metre, furniture per item or seat, and windows per sash or by area.
What the ranges mean
Where the price list shows a range, the total depends on the condition and complexity of the job. The calculator uses the lower end; the details are in each service checklist.
For businesses
For offices, IT hubs, clinics, restaurants and developers there are no fixed prices: we calculate the cost individually after inspecting the site.

What makes up the price?
Work follows a checklist in every area, and products and equipment are included in the price. You see the “from” price in the calculator before you order, and add-ons are added only if you choose them. Upholstery and mattress cleaning uses Kärcher equipment.
Why are prices shown as “from”?
They are the lower end of our price list. The total depends on size, condition and add-ons.
What is the minimum order?
16,000 ֏ for apartments, houses and other homes (also for upholstery and mattress cleaning and window washing), and 35,000 ֏ for post-renovation cleaning. Business clients have no minimum order.
Do you work with VAT?
Yes, we also work with VAT.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, 10% off your first deep clean.
How much is cleaning a 3-room apartment?
Regular cleaning from 28,000 ֏ and deep cleaning from 72,000 ֏ for an apartment up to 100 m².
Why is there no restaurant price in the list?
The workload in a restaurant depends heavily on the kitchen and dining room, so we price it after an on-site assessment.
