Privacy policy
This page explains what data you leave on luminaclean.am, where it goes and what is stored on your device.
Who handles the data
The data goes to LuminaClean, an on-site cleaning company in Yerevan. For questions about your data write to info@luminaclean.am or call +374 (33) 97-75-59.
What data you leave
When you send a request from the calculator, the quiz or a form, we receive the items below. We use them only to answer your request, agree the price and the cleaning.
- your name and phone number
- the district or town, the address and the preferred date, if you provide them
- a comment; for business requests also the type of site, its area, how often you need cleaning, the preferred time and an e-mail address if you give one
- the price estimate: selected services, parameters and the total
- the site page, the language and, if present, advertising link tags (utm)
Requests are sent through WhatsApp: the site opens a chat with our number and a ready message, and you send it yourself. After that the conversation takes place in WhatsApp and is covered by the WhatsApp (Meta) terms and privacy policy.
What is stored in your browser
The site keeps data only on your device. You can delete it in your browser settings.
- a copy of your recent requests (localStorage), so you can reopen or copy an estimate; this copy is not sent anywhere
- the calculator state (sessionStorage), so your estimate is not lost when the page is refreshed
- marks that the quiz window has already been shown or closed and that a request was sent, so it is not shown again
- your choice in the cookie banner (Accept or Decline), so we do not ask on every visit
Visit statistics and cookies
If visit statistics are switched on (Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica), the counters load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline or choose nothing, the counters are not loaded and collect nothing. After you accept, they record anonymous data about visits and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and request buttons; these services may use cookies. Your choice is kept in your browser: to change it, clear the site data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. Form fields (name, phone, address, comment) are hidden from Webvisor session recording in Yandex Metrica, so what you type is not recorded.
Passing requests to other systems
A request from a form, the calculator or the quiz also goes to our server (the request gateway, running on Cloudflare). It saves the request in our enquiry database and our tracking spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and sends a notification to a private staff Telegram channel, so a manager sees it even if the WhatsApp message was not sent. To filter out bots, the form passes an automatic Cloudflare Turnstile check: it looks at technical signals from the browser and does not use your data for advertising. Later, requests may also be passed to our CRM (customer-tracking system). The data is used only to answer your request, as described above.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It may be passed only to the services you use to contact us (WhatsApp), the services that run our request intake (Cloudflare, Telegram, Google) and the statistics services described above.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to info@luminaclean.am. We will reply the same way.
