A post-renovation cleaning checklist: what to prepare, what the cleaning covers, how the price is calculated and when to book cleaners.

Apartment Deep Cleaning: 10% Off Your First
Deep cleaning an apartment in Yerevan costs from 42,000 ֏ for a 1-room up to 45 m², from 55,000 ֏ for a 2-room up to 70 m² and from 72,000 ֏ for a 3-room up to 100 m². Above 100 m², it is from 850 ֏ per square metre. Your first deep clean is 10% off. The room-by-room checklist below shows what is included. If your home is in order and just needs dusting, floors, kitchen and bathroom, regular cleaning from 16,000 ֏ is enough.

When you need a deep clean
People book deep cleaning before holidays and guests, when moving in or out, in spring and autumn, or when regular cleaning has been skipped for a while. It is thorough work across the whole home.
What we clean more deeply
We remove grease from the kitchen backsplash and cabinet fronts and limescale in the bathroom, wash doors, radiators, windowsills and skirting boards, and wipe the tops of wardrobes and reachable light fittings. Oven, fridge and kitchen cabinets inside can be added to the order.
First-clean discount
Your first deep clean comes with a discount. Tick it in the calculator and it appears as a separate line in your quote.

How much is deep cleaning for a 2-room apartment in Yerevan?
From 55,000 ֏ for an apartment up to 70 m². Your first deep clean is 10% off.
How is deep cleaning different from regular cleaning?
It goes further: we wash tiles, doors and radiators and remove grease and limescale. Regular cleaning keeps an already clean home in order.
How does the first-clean discount work?
If it is your first deep clean with us, we take 10% off the cleaning price. The discount does not apply to add-ons.
How much is a deep clean for a house?
For areas above 100 m², from 850 ֏ per square metre of total area.
Do you wash windows during a deep clean?
Windows are priced separately under window cleaning: a standard single-sash window starts at 2,200 ֏.
Do I need to prepare the apartment?
Just put away valuables and personal items. We can discuss anything else on WhatsApp when we agree the booking.
