The price of a cleaning in Yerevan comes down to three things: the type of cleaning, the size of the home and the extras you add. Below are the figures from our price list and the simple rules we use to calculate a quote. All prices are “from”: the lower end of the range; the final price is agreed on site before work starts.
The short answer
Regular cleaning keeps an already tidy apartment in shape:
- one-room apartment up to 45 m²: from 16,000 ֏;
- two-room apartment up to 70 m²: from 22,000 ֏;
- three-room apartment up to 100 m²: from 28,000 ֏.
Deep cleaning goes further: tiles, doors, radiators, grease and limescale.
- one-room apartment: from 42,000 ֏;
- two-room apartment: from 55,000 ֏;
- three-room apartment: from 72,000 ֏.
Post-renovation cleaning is priced by area: from 1,000 ֏ per m², with a minimum order of 35,000 ֏.
What the price depends on
We look at both the number of rooms and the floor area and use whichever tier is higher. A two-room apartment larger than 70 m², for example, is priced as a three-room one: more floor, more windows and more furniture simply take more time.
The second factor is the type of cleaning. A regular clean refreshes the home: dust, floors, the kitchen and the bathroom. A deep clean takes noticeably longer, because it covers everything people tend to put off: tiles, doors, skirting boards, the tops of wardrobes. That is why the gap between the two prices is visible.
The third factor is the extras, which are entirely up to you.
Large apartments and houses
Above 100 m², regular cleaning costs from 28,000 ֏ plus 350 ֏ for every square metre over 100 m². Deep cleaning of a home that size is priced per square metre of the whole area, from 850 ֏ per m². This keeps the price fair for a spacious apartment and for a private house alike.
Extras
You can add these to any apartment cleaning:
- inside the fridge: 3,500 ֏;
- oven: 3,500 ֏;
- kitchen cabinets inside: 3,800 ֏;
- balcony: from 4,500 ֏;
- curtains: 1,200 ֏ per m².
Windows and upholstery cleaning have their own price lists: a standard single-sash window starts from 2,200 ֏, and one sofa seat costs 4,000 ֏.
Minimum order and the first-clean discount
The minimum order is 16,000 ֏: if a quote comes out lower, the minimum applies. For post-renovation cleaning the minimum is 35,000 ֏. Your first deep clean gets a 10% discount, calculated on the cleaning itself, not on the extras.
